Crock-Pot No-Bean Chili
Crock-Pot No-Bean Chili is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Heat 2 tablespoons oil and saute beef.
Saute onions, green peppers, jalapeño peppers and chili powder; add seasonings and stir.
Remove from pan and add beer; pour in crock-pot with meat. Cover and cook 6 to 7 hours on medium-low.
Skim fat, thicken by adding cornmeal.
Cook additional 15 minutes uncovered.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
