Crock-Pot Lasagna

Mix 2 cups Mozzarella (reserve 1 cup for topping), cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in a bowl; set aside.
Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup spaghetti sauce to meat mixture in bottom of crock-pot.
Add a layer of noodles, broken to fit without overlapping.
Continue layering 1/3 of sauce, 1/3 pepperoni and 1/3 of the cheese mixture.
Repeat with noodles, sauce, pepperoni and cheese mixture until you use it all.
Pour water around edges of crock-pot.
Top with cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
