Crock-Pot Chicken and Ham
Crock-Pot Chicken And Ham is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned, 6 thin slices ham (deli-type), 6 slices swiss cheese, 1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup and sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Wrap ham slice around chicken breast and cheese slice, use toothpicks to hold together.
Put in crock-pot and pour undiluted mushroom soup over top (soup will thin and form juice during cooking).
Set crock-pot on high for 2 hours, turn to low setting for 5 to 6 additional hours.
Spoon sour cream over all the last 15 minutes of cooking.
Great served with wild rice.
