Crock-Pot Beef Stew
Crock-Pot Beef Stew is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 2 or 3 lb. stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, flour, oil, 4 c. water and 2 bay leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Roll stew meat in flour; brown in hot oil on all sides.
Place in crock-pot with 4 cups water or enough water to barely cover. Place the bay leaves in the pot.
Cut up the vegetables.
After beef has cooked 1 hour, place vegetables in crock-pot, along with the soup.
Cook on high for 3 more hours, or until beef and vegetables are tender.
