Crispy Oat Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, softened, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. oil, 1 c. regular oats (uncooked) and 3 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cream margarine.
Gradually add sugars; mix well.
Add egg; beat well.
Add oil and vanilla; mix.
Combine flour, salt and soda; add to mix and stir well.
Stir in other ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten top of ball with a fork.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 dozen.
