Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes
Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope onion or onion-mushroom soup mix, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 lb. potatoes, washed and cut into quarters, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In shallow baking pan, spread potatoes. Mix all ingredients together and pour over potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
Bake, stirring occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Double recipe for 5 pounds potatoes.
Be sure to spray pan with Pam before placing potatoes in pan.
