Crepes Filled with Laban
Crepes Filled With Laban is an easy dinner. Made with 12 eggs, 1/2 c-1 c. pine nuts, 6 tbsp. butter and laban, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain laban to make a sour cream cheese in a bag or colander. Chill.
Beat eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.
Melt butter and add pine nuts.
Brown, drain well.
To the well drained laban, add drained pine nuts.
To make crepes, use small frying pan, heat with a little more butter.
Add dipper of eggs (2-3 tbsp.)
Spread around by moving around to edges.
Cook until lightly browned. Stack like pancakes.
To serve, use 1-2 tbsp. of filling for each crepe, then roll tightly.
