Made with 2- 3 oz. pkgs. lemon jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. cold water, 1- 10 oz. can ready to serve vanilla pudding and 1/2 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in hot water, add cold water and chill until partially set.
Then add pudding and beat 2 minutes with mixer. Chill until mixture mounds when spooned.
Fold in celery, apples, and nuts.
Pour into 7 - 8 cup molds.
Chill until firm or overnight.
Serves 10 -12.
