Creamy Swiss Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 1 large onion, thinly sliced, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut steak into serving pieces.
Season with salt and pepper and brown lightly in skillet. Add onions, mushrooms and mushroom soup.
