Creamy Potato Soup
Creamy Potato Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bacon, 1 c. chopped onions, 1 tsp. salt, 2 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 2 c. cubed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook bacon until crisp.
Set aside.
Pour off 3 tablespoons of fat.
Add onions and brown. Then add potatoes and water.
Cook covered for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir in salt, soup and milk.
Heat but do not boil.
Garnish with bacon and parsley.
