Creamy Microwave Round Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak (tenderized), 1/4 c. flour, 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dredge steak in flour and place in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with onion slices.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak.
Cover.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) power for 25 minutes. Turn meat over and rearrange pieces.
Baste with the sauce. Re-cover.
Microwave 20 to 30 minutes longer or until meat is fork-tender.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
