Cream Christmas Eggnog
Cream Christmas Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 eggs, separated, 1 c. sugar, 6 c. milk, 6 tsp. vanilla or almond extract and 2 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Add egg yolks; beat well.
Gradually add sugar; mix well.
Add milk and flavoring; mix well.
Fold Cool Whip into eggnog.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Add quart eggnog (optional).
Cut ice cream in half.
Place in punch bowl.
Pour eggnog mixture over ice cream and serve.
Yields 24 to 30 cups.
