Cream Cheese Tarts
Cream Cheese Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 vanilla wafer cookies, 1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, room temperature and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cheese, 1 egg and sugar.
Add other 2 eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Put cupcake papers in a muffin tin.
Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake paper.
Pour batter in each about 3/4 full.
Bake 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Do not brown. Allow to cool, then add topping and chill.
