Crawfish Tortellini
Crawfish Tortellini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crawfish tails, 1 (7 oz.) pkg. tortellini with parmesan cheese, 1 stick butter, 1 medium onion, finely chopped and 2 toes garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Saute onion and garlic in butter.
Add crawfish (slightly rinsed) and continue cooking approximately 5 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese, parsley and whipping cream.
Prepare tortellini as directed.
