Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jell-o, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry jelly or sauce, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 apple, grated and 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Bring pineapple (juice, too) to boiling.
Add Jell-O and stir to dissolve.
Remove from heat and cool a few minutes, then add cranberry sauce, apples and nuts.
Let set at room temperature until cool.
Fold in Cool Whip and pour into an oblong dish. Refrigerate overnight.
