Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. cranberries, 2 c. boiling water, 3 tbsp. gelatin, 3/4 c. cold water and 1 c. nut meats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook cranberries until they burst.
Add sugar and cook until dissolved.
Soak gelatin in cold water and turn into cranberries. Let cook; add nuts, celery, grapes and pineapple.
This makes a pan 12 x 7 x 7-inch full.
Cut into squares and top with salad dressing and Cool Whip combined.
