Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cranberries, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. hot water, 1 pkg. lemon gelatin and 1 orange, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put cranberries and orange with peel through food chopper using fine blade.
Add sugar and let stand one hour.
Then add one cup hot water to gelatin and dissolve.
When mixture begins to congeal, then add cranberries, pecans, celery and fruit.
Place in refrigerator to congeal.
Then eat!
