Cranberry Fruit Salad
Cranberry Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Drain pineapple.
Save juice.
In saucepan, mix juice, 1/2 cup water and lemon juice.
Heat to boiling; remove from heat and add gelatin.
Stir well.
Break up cranberry sauce with fork.
Stir into gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate until mixture begins to gel. Stir in pineapple, celery and apple.
Pour into 4 cup mold.
Chill until firm.
