Cranberry Christmas Salad
Cranberry Christmas Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 3/4 c. cold water, 1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce and 1/3 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple juice into a measuring cup, reserve pineapple. Add water to juice to make 1 cup liquid.
Bring to a boil and add jello.
Add cold water.
Chill 30 minutes.
In a bowl combine drained pineapple and cranberry sauce.
When well blended, put in a 9-inch square pan.
Chill until firm and spread with Creamy Cheese Frosting.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
