Crabmeat Muffins
Crabmeat Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. mayo, 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 jar kraft old english cheese, 1 can crabmeat, drained and 1/2 c. softened or melted margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients (wooden spoon is good).
Spread (not too heavily) on English muffins.
You can freeze these, but thaw at room temperature (before broiling).
Cut each muffin in 4 pieces. Broil until cheese melts.
