Crab Quesadillas
Crab Quesadillas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. crabmeat or imitation crab flakes, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped, salsa and 8 oz. monterey jack or cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Mix crab, cheese, onions, chiles and jalapeno.
Place 5 tortillas in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets.
Cover with crab mixture; top with remaining tortillas. Bake 7 to 9 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly browned.
Cut in wedges.
Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.
