Country Chicken Vegetable Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans swanson clear chicken broth, 1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice, 1 (15 oz.) can veg-all mixed vegetables, drained, 2 (5 oz.) cans swanson chunk white chicken, undrained and 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 3-quart saucepan, combine broth and rice.
Over medium heat, bring to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
