Confetti Refrigerator Dessert
Confetti Refrigerator Dessert is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Tear cake into about 1-inch pieces.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally until smooth and creamy.
Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff.
Gently fold whipped cream, cherries and marshmallows into cream cheese mixture.
Toss cake pieces and cream cheese mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Refrigerate until set, about 8 hours.
Refrigerate any remaining dessert.
