Cream sugar, margarine and Crisco together well.
Add 3 tablespoons flour and
1 egg alternately until all is used; beat
Add milk, vanilla and lemon flavoring.
Pour into well-greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, turn oven to 350° for 30 minutes.
