Coffee Crumb Cake
Coffee Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box your choice yellow cake mix, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 sticks margarine or butter, 2/3 c. sugar and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Using a fork, mix flour, margarine or butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon vanilla, forming crumbs for top of cake.
Set aside in refrigerator.
Make your yellow cake mix according to directions on box, except pour mixture into a 12 x 16-inch greased and floured for 20 minutes. Very carefully remove cake and spoon crumb mixture over top of cake.
Bake 25 minutes
When cake cools, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
