Coffee Crumb Cake
Coffee Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 c. wesson oil, 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine sugar, salt, flour and baking powder.
Mix well.
Add Wesson oil.
Take out 1 cup and to this, add cinnamon and set this aside for use as topping.
To 1 egg, beaten with a fork, add enough milk to make 1 cup.
Add this along with vanilla to flour mixture and mix with an electric mixer to make very smooth.
Pour batter into rectangular baking pan (13 x 9-inch) and sprinkle crumb mixture over batter.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes.
When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
