Cocktail Meatballs
Cocktail Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/3 c. minced onions, 1/4 c. milk and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Gently shape into 1-inch balls.
Bake meatballs on broiler pan (not touching) at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Heat chili sauce and jelly in saucepan, stirring constantly, until jelly is melted.
Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated.
Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen appetizers.
