Cocktail Meatballs
Cocktail Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. pork sausage, 4 eggs, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 3 c. catsup and 3/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix sausage, eggs and crumbs and shape into balls.
Place in broiler pan and brown in oven under broiler; drain.
Mix other ingredients for sauce.
Pour over meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes at 350°.
Can be frozen in sauce and heated in oven for 20 minutes at 350°.
