Cinnamon Nut Coffee Cake
Cinnamon Nut Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 c. finely chopped walnuts, 2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1 c. dark brown sugar, 2 c. sugar and 1/2 lb. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Make filling and topping by combining walnuts, cinnamon and dark brown sugar.
Mix well.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and mix well.
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add to batter alternately with sour cream.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Grease a tube pan. Add dough alternately with topping in layers.
Sprinkle remaining topping mixture over top.
Press into dough with fingers.
Bake 1 hour at 350° to 375° or until done.
Cool 1 hour before removing from pan.
