Christmas Yule Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cottage or light cream cheese, 8 oz. grated light cheddar, 2 tsp. chili powder, 1/4 tsp. each thyme, rosemary and 1 tsp. each garlic powder, grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend first 2 ingredients. Add and mix well all other ingredients except paprika.
Form into 2 rolls and sprinkle with paprika for wooden log effect.
Chill.
