Mix shortening, sugar and vanilla real good.
Add 1 egg to sugar mixture.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Stir in 4 teaspoons milk.
Mix flour and baking powder, then add to liquid mixture. Put in refrigerator for
1 hour.
Then roll out thin and cut into shapes.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes at 375Β°.
Frost and decorate.
