Christmas Snowballs
Christmas Snowballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. soft margarine, 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/2 c. flour and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix butter, sugar and vanilla.
Stir flour, salt and nuts together.
With hands, work in flour mixture until dough holds together.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set, but not brown.
While warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
Roll in sugar again.
Makes about 4 dozen 1-inch cookies.
