Christmas Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 large pkg. lime gelatin, 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped, 1 small can drained, crushed pineapple, 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained and sliced and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Prepare gelatin in a large bowl according to package directions.
Place gelatin bowl on ice. Beat with beater until firm and fluffy.
