Christmas Pretzel Salad
Christmas Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. pretzels, crushed coarsely (use fat, round ones), 1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and 8 oz. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread over pretzels.
Drain (save juice) from pineapple and strawberries (drain and save juice also).
Take liquid off pineapple and strawberries.
Add enough water to make 3 cups.
Throw in fruit.
Put in fridge until set.
Pour over cream cheese mixture.
