Christmas Grab Bag Bars
Christmas Grab Bag Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 18.25 oz. pkg. yellow cake mix, 3 eggs, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 lb. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Mix together margarine, cake mix and 1 egg.
Press into bottom of a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Beat together 2 eggs, cream cheese and sugar.
Add coconut and nuts. Pour over cake mixture.
Bake 45 minutes until golden brown.
Cool in pan on rack.
Makes 6 dozen.
