Christmas Fudge
Christmas Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. mini marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly (time from when mixture starts to bubble around edges of pan).
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate and vanilla.
Stir for 1 minute, until marshmallows melt and blend. Pour into 8-inch buttered square pan.
