Christmas Fruit Cake

Mix spice cake as directed on the back of the box, then add blackberry preserves and then the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Grease and flour a tube pan and pour cake mix evenly in pan. Top with walnut and pecan halves and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or using a toothpick and place in the cake and if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
