Christmas Eve Simple Shepherd's Pie
Christmas Eve Simple Shepherd'S Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck, 1 medium onion, 1 large (16 to 20 oz.) pkg. frozen corn and 4 to 6 c. mashed potatoes (fresh or instant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large skillet, brown diced onion in small amount of fat. Add ground chuck.
Cook until done and crumbly.
Prepare mashed potatoes.
Cook frozen corn.
Slightly grease or spray nonstick cooking spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Drain fat from meat. Spread crumbled meat in bottom of dish.
Spread cooked corn on top of meat.
Carefully spread mashed potatoes on top.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325° to 350° until brown, about 1/2 hour.
