Christmas Crunchies
Christmas Crunchies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 egg, well beaten and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cream butter; add sugars and then eggs and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
Last, add cornflakes, oatmeal, coconut and nuts.
Roll into small balls and place about 2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes approximately 6 dozen cookies.
