Christmas Cranberry-Orange Salad
Christmas Cranberry-Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. orange sugar-free jell-o, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce, 1 c. cold water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened, then stir in the oranges.
Pour into a 5-cup mold or glass dish.
Refrigerate until completely firm.
