Christmas Congealed Salad
Christmas Congealed Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve strawberry jello in the 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir until thawed.
Pour into a 5 to 6-cup mold and put in refrigerator to gel.
When the mixture is gelled, dissolved lime jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple juice and cool. Blend in softened cream cheese and crushed pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour this lime mixture over gelled strawberry mixture in mold. Chill until firm.
