Christmas Coke-Cherry Salad
Christmas Coke-Cherry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jell-o, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jell-o, 1 can cherries or seedless grapes, drained, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in juice heated from cherries and pineapple. This is all the liquid.
Add coke, cherries (or grapes), pineapple and nuts.
Grate frozen cream cheese on top.
Place in refrigerator.
Serve cold.
