Beat Eggs well; add Sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add Vanilla, Dates, Nuts and Coconut.
Put in a greased 2-1/2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
Stir well and let cool.
Roll into balls and roll in the colored Sugars.
