Place sugar, milk, margarine and cocoa in saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add all remaining ingredients and beat well until blended.
Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper and cool or pour into pan and cool.
Then cut into squares.
