Chocolate Meringues is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, beaten stiff, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 small pkg. melted chocolate bits and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar, melted chocolate bits and coconut.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
