Chocolate Cookies(Cookie Bar) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. bag mini marshmallows, 1 stick oleo, 6 oz. chocolate chips, 6 oz. butterscotch chips and 1/2 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan with marshmallows.
In saucepan, melt oleo, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter.
Once melted, add peanuts.
Pour mixture over top of marshmallows, then refrigerate.
