Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Chocolate Chunk Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 (10 oz.) marshmallows, 4 c. rice krispies cereal and 1 c. peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place chocolate chips, oleo and marshmallows in large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave until all ingredients are melted. Place remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Stir together until all dry ingredients are coated.
Drop by tablespoon on greased cookie sheet.
Refrigerate until firm.
Makes about 7 dozen.
