Sift together flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add chocolate chips and nuts; toss to coat.
Mix egg and oil mixture into dry mix, stirring lightly and quickly, just to mix.

Fill each cup 2/3 full.
Bake at 425Β° for 20 minutes, until light brown.
