Soften 1 roll of cookies and press into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix the cream cheese, sugar and egg; spread onto the pressed cookies.
Cut the second roll into cookie-size slices and place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
