Put margarine, sugar, milk, cocoa and vinegar in a heavy saucepan.
Stir and let come to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add other ingredients.
Mix well and drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
Can be poured into pan and cut into squares.
No baking necessary.
